Tatkal Waiting list ( CKWL) refers to the Indian Railway's waiting list in order to get the tatkal quote. CK refers to the code name for Indian Railway's tatkal Quota. There's a distinction between CKWL and the regular Waiting List (WL). If your normal waiting list moves higher, it moves to the reservation against Cancellation category. In CKWL the moment that the waiting list rises it goes to confirmed berth.
